Here,‘ Food Facts’ include:-

Crisp, homemade beer battered scampi with a tempura batter that is light, yet deliciously crisp and served with our creamy caper and lemon mayonnaise.  Perfect!

Your ‘daily bread’ is made here on the premises and served with fresh butter and a breadboard...on which you cut the bread yourself and to your liking!

Farmhouse pies are crammed with fresh local produce from our award winning suppliers and encased in our homemade butter pastry.

Glazes, marinades, gravies and sauces are all made here and not ‘bought in’ ...so you can be assured that the quality is first class and really taste the difference.

Our buffets are famous and terrines, tartlets, sausage rolls etc; are all made here, on the premises.

VEGETARIAN AND GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS:
At The Buck Inn, we have amended our cooking techniques to accommodate the dietary needs of a Coeliac family member.  Consequently, we can offer you gluten free meals and desserts as well as a full and attractive range of vegetarian options.  Just advise us, we will establish with you, suitable dishes from the menu and chefs and staff will prepare meals in a gluten free area.
